All of our products are manufactured under strict, exacting standards with a high level of review from our Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance team. Careful product research and selection, coupled with rigorous manufacturer oversight, allows us to confidently offer an extensive warranty program on nearly every product we offer. Our responsibility begins when the product leaves our warehouse; we fully back all of our products after you take them home. Limited warranties are included with most products we sell; see packaging inserts for specific product warranties.
Our dedicated Customer Care personnel are available to answer your questions and assist with product warranties, service, and repair Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST at 866-326-1313. To help us better assist you, please have your product item number and name ready when you call, as well as the store where purchased and date purchased if available. Most product item numbers can be found on the back of the packaging and in/around the battery compartment if applicable.
Returning a Product
If your product fails to conform to its specific limited warranty, return the product postage prepaid to:

Carefully package the product to avoid any damage that may occur while in transit; shipping insurance with returned receipt is recommended.
When returning a product, please also include:
- A copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase
- A written description of the problem
- Your name, address and telephone number.
At our option, Veridian Healthcare will repair or replace the unit found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal consumer usage. The purchaser will be notified of any additional repairs required prior to completing the repair, and will be responsible for parts charges, if any, and repair charges not covered by this limited warranty.
