All prices in this Veridian Healthcare Confidential Price List are subject to change without notice. Veridian Healthcare (“Veridian”) is not responsible for any inadvertent errors in this Confidential Dealer Price List.
There is a minimum order requirement of $50.00. Any order below this minimum will be assessed a $5.00 service charge.
All sales are F.O.B. Gurnee, Illinois.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, all freight charges are prepaid and added to the customer’s invoice.
- Veridian may, in its sole discretion, select the carrier for shipments, unless specific shipping instructions are provided on the purchase order.
- Veridian will fulfill a purchase order and ship directly to your customer consistent with the other terms and conditions as set forth herein.
- Prices shown are based on standard domestic packaging. Additional charges apply to special and/or export packaging.
Veridian’s standard terms are net thirty (30) days. All payment due dates are based on the Veridian invoice date. Veridian reserves the right to assess a monthly delinquency charge of 1.5% or as allowed by law on all outstanding balances exceeding these terms.
Loss or damage in transit is at buyer’s risk. All claims for breakage, damage or loss must be reported to the carrier immediately. If concealed damage is discovered upon unpacking, contact the Veridian Customer Service Department immediately. Shortage, lost or missing merchandise is the responsibility of Veridian only after the following precautionary measures have been taken: (i) do not sign the delivery ticket unless all packages specified on the Bill of Lading are accounted for, if the receipt has been signed for total delivery, carriers assume no responsibility; (ii) check your master Packing Slip for drop shipped items, or those on back order that will be delivered separately. Veridian cannot be responsible for any loss, damage, detention or delay caused by the elements: fire, strike, insurrection, riot, shortage of goods or transportation, civil or military authority, or by any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond Veridian’s reasonable control.
A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returned merchandise. Please call Veridian’s Customer Service Department to obtain your RMA number. All return shipments must be shipped prepaid and clearly marked with the RMA number issued by Veridian. Upon receipt of an authorized return, a credit will be issued (monetary refunds will not be given). All authorized returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking charge. Returned goods must be unused, in resalable condition, and may not be older than six (6) months. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. Damaged merchandise or items requiring repackaging will be billed at full repair cost. In addition, Veridian reserves the right to refuse such shipments. Veridian’s Customer Service department reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether the specific warranty is applicable to the returned item. Veridian retains the right to use its discretion as to whether the product under warranty will be repaired or replaced.
All specific product warranties are stated within their respective packaging. All regular cataloged Veridian Healthcare products, which prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, will be repaired or replaced when returned prepaid to: Repair Department, Veridian Healthcare, 1465 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, Illinois 60085.
All quantities are in eaches unless otherwise noted. Measurements are approximate; actual product may vary. Product specifications are subject to change.
